SPORT TOURING
Road Glides and ElectraGlides are comfortable here if you ride your Touring model mostly one up or your Street Glide or Road King two up. If you want the most performace you can get for a heavier bike, this is the place to be. While this package increases compression, it does so in a way that preserves rideability with a personality friendly to heavier "street sleepers". These are very reliable combinations but may require a modification in riding style if less than 93 octane fuel is purchased. Usually this means down shifting to pass (eliminating detonation) instead of just rolling it on. It's recommended to run 93 octane fuel in this package, however, in most cases ignition timing can be adjusted to prevent detonation if you only have 91 octane available.

TOURING
If you own a touring model like an UltraClassic, spend most of your time with a passenger and luggage, use as a daily driver, or live in regions with steep grades and only have access to 91 octane fuel, this is a great setup for you. These combinations are specifically designed to put the power band where you need it most for those long trips thru the mountains on the heaviest of bikes while considering the limitations of 91 octane fuel.

HEAVY TOURING
These packages are designed for those with the heaviest touring models and most extreme riding conditions. If you ride almost exclusively with a passenger and full luggage or plan to pull a trailer or use a sidecar, this is the choice for you. The Heavy Touring option is also for those who live and ride primarily in very mountainous regions and only have access to 91 or lower octane fuel.
